Character Description: Kamiya Minoru
Kamia is a doctor who can heal any kind of wound on himself (cuts, bruises, limbs being chopped off, etc.). Using his fingers as a weapon, he can cut through anything. He also can release thousands of robot bugs carrying a solution that can make people ill and very weak.
Yusuke defeated him and was almost killed. As the Chapter Black series ends, The Doctor changed his appearence so he would never be found as the wanted doctor by police.
