In episode 107, during the Demon World Tornament, it is made clear that Rinku was completly head over heels for Sasuga. He even thought Chu liked her too.
This character was named Kotei in the original manga and Satsuki in the English anime dub and VIZ manga. I don't know which name was used in the Japanese anime.
