Character Profile: Goren of the Stone

Goren of the Stone's physical appearance is that of a mix of multiple creatures. Most of his body is similar to a centaur, which is a half-man/half-horse creature, while Goren's head is similar to Medusa's, as his hair is made out of snakes. Also similar to Medusa is the fact that his spells involve petrifaction. A thousand years ago, he used a spell that had the snakes on his head wrap a Mamodo and their book and turn them into a stone tablet.

Some of the Mamodos from a thousand year ago include Victoreem, Layla, Dalumos, and the four heavenly kings.

Editor's Note: Despite Goren being the mamodo responsible for turning many of the momodos into stone tablets, he did not win the battle to be king. That honor belongs to Zatch and Zeno's dad.
