Character Profile: Scarl

Scarl seemed to be leader of Black Ghost, an organization built to cause endless chaos across the world through methods of terrorism and weapons-dealing. One of Black Ghost's projects was the 00-Cyborg Project. To do this, Scarl tricked many scientists into building cyborgs from "volunteers" {who are really people abducted through deception}. After the scientists discover the lies, they help Cyborgs 001 through 009 escape. Scarl has those scientists killed, and then sets out to re-capture the team of renegade cyborgs. But he died when the Cyborg 009 defeated him, and the bombs installed in Scarl's reactor detonated, taking him with it.

Dispite his presumed death, Black Ghost is still causing horror world-wide.
