Character Description: Chairman Tatsugoro Saito
Tatsugoro Saito is the Chairman of Saito High School. A very lively spirit, he is also one of the Seven Spirits of the school, being represented by the dark blue badge. He is the one responsible for bringing together Haruto Honjo, Kazumi Ryudo and Mutsuki Asahina as the school's Holy Student Counsel. He is also responsible for sabotaging Haruto's many attempts to resign from the school and keep him on, as well as playing to the other's weaknesses. He's also in the habit of purchasing all sorts of occult relics and bringing them to the school.
