Character Description: Melman
Melman is not only the only mailman Cappy Town ever has, but he is one of the town's oldest Cappies. He travels all over Dreamland delivering letters to certain people. Although he is very old, his memory is still very good, and he knows just where to find just about anyone to give them a letter!
