Character Description: Steppenwolf
Steppenwolf is a legendary biker who bested Fang and left Gus unharmed when he was still friends with him, Rip, and Turbo. He reminded him that it was foolish to hurt innocent people, and after he rode off without giving Gus a chance to talk to him, Gus never saw him for a long time.
Years later, during a race between the Cappies and Fang, which took place in the Dedede Speedway, Steppenwolf roared back into Cappy Town and helped Gus and Kirby best Fang. Later, after Kirby beat Fang's other form, Wheelie, Steppenwolf revealed to Tiff, Tuff, and their pink friend that he was really the oldest Cappy in town and also the only mailman in the village: Melman!
