Character Description: Mika Shimotsuki
Mika Shimotsuki was originally a student of Oso Academy, which is a private all-girls high school, and was good friends with two other fellow students, Kagami Kawarazaki and Yoshika Okobu, both who were killed by Rikako Oryo and made into grotesque dismembered plasticized sculptures. Kagami's death hit Mika especially hard, because she loved her. When the truth was found, Mika was comforted by Yayoi Kunizuka, who encouraged the girl to try to maintain her hue. The incident influenced Mika so much, that after graduation – and her proficiencies were confirmed by the Sibyl System, she enlisted in the Public Safety Bureau as an Inspector.
Mika is the youngest inspector in the P.S.B., and serves in Division 1, under the leadership of Akane Tsunemori. However, it is Yayoi that Mika likes and respects the most. She also has a crush on Yayoi.
