Character Profile: Jedite

The first general Queen Beryl sends out for her mission. His usual mode is to send his minions out to capture energy by way of certain activities. His efforts, however, are foiled by Sailor Moon (with occasional help from Tuxedo Mask). He also inadvertantly reveals Sailor Mercury and Sailor Mars. After numerous failings, Queen Beryl makes an ultimatum. Jedite challenges the scouts to an open duel, but he underestimates the Sailor Scouts and is forced back to the Negaverse. Although in the process he learns the Scouts' secret identities, yet he has no time to reveal it as a ticked-off Queen Beryl literally puts him on ice for this last failure.

Jedite was the first of the Dark Kingdom generals that Queen Beryl sent to Earth. Jedite's mission was to drain human energy in order to power up the Negaforce. He was defeated many times by the sailor scouts. Finally, Queen Beryl lost her patience with him and sealed him inside an ice prism for eternity.
