Character Description: Rosalie
Rozalie is a quiet young girl from England. She was adopted by Hasumi, and still calls him by his first name instead of "Father". Though if I remember right, she started to call him that in the last episode.
Rozalie seems to have a very good sixth sense, and apparently can tell that Haruka is not human. In the manga, when she first shows up, she gives Haruka one line's worth of advice that ends up saving both him, Kantarou, and Sugino.
