Character Description: Utsutsumi Kamiki Jurai
The patriarch of the Kamiki branch of the Jurai Royal Family (there are four clans, Masaki, Amaki, Kamiki and Tatsuki), Utsutsumi Kamiki Jurai is the husband of Seto Kamiki Jurai, as well as the father of Misaki Kamiki Juran and the adoptive father of Noike Kamiki Kurai. He is also a good friend of Emperor Azusa Masaki Jurai, and had searched for a missing Jurai Royal Tree seed – until it was found by Seina Yamada, Amane Kaunaq, and Kiriko Masaki.
Utsutsumi first met Seto at the Galaxy Police Academy. It was there she gave him two choices – marriage or death! Utsutsumi never did make the easy choices. But overall, Utsutsumi deeply loves Seto... but at the same time he's usually terrified of her, mainly because of her occasional bad temper and huge strength.
During the Kamidake's stopover on Jurai after the second confrontation with Tarant Shank, Utsutsumi meets Seina and says he's glad Seto has taken an interest in the boy – so much so that Seto has gotten off her husband's back! Utsutsumi and Azusa were also present when Kiriko was bonded to her Royal Tree Mizuki.
