Character Description: Cyniclons Tarb
Tarb is the youngest member of the Cyniclons. He likes to "play" with the Mew Mews and hates being called a kid. He can be bratty at times, and he uses a click-clack toy for a weapon.
Later on, Kikki tries to make friends with Tarb, and he seems to be nice to her, although against his will. He specializes in plant Predasites.
