Character Description: Hagiri Kaname
Hagiri is one of the seven who are attempting to destroy all humans. He can shoot small objects (marbles, tacks, dice, etc.) at people, hence the alias "Sniper." Any small thing like that is a weapon to him. He can make the object he shoots as hard or soft as he wants it and he can control the speed and the density of the object. He can also leave trace marks on people. One of the coolest things about him is he has a motorcycle, and he's really good with it.
He never dies in the series, although he comes close when Hiei drives his sword through his chest. The Doctor, Minoru Kamiya, treats him and he goes back to study more. Sniper has a sister and a brother, and his sister is psychic.
Sniper also has a handgun, but he doesn't really need it, since he has his awesome power. He does know how to use it though, so I would *not* suggest making this guy mad.
