Character Description: Jean
Jean, Rico's fratello (meaning sibling in Italian, though here it's used to mean "handler"), is much different than his younger brother Jose. Angry because of the murder of his sister by the Padania Republican Faction, Jean is driven to destroy those who killed her, as well as others who do the same. To him, the cyborg girls working for the Social Welfare Agency's Section Two are merely tools in order to do the job. That is why he often treats Rico harshly. However, since the Elsa incident, he is mindful of the cyborgs feelings towards their fratellos, and compliments Rico whenever possible.
Also, Jean is also the unofficial advisor to Lorenzo, Section Two's director.
