Character Profile: Tubalcain Alhambra

Alucard, Seras Victoria and Pip Bernadotte had left England for Rio de Janeiro in order to follow up on Archbishop Enrico Maxwell's claim of Iscariot helping a rogue group of Nazis escaping to Brazil in the waning days of World War II. However, when Alucard and Seras were settled in the Hotel Rio, they were identified as terrorists, and surrounded by Rio's S.W.A.T. team, which the No-Life King had decimated with relative ease. It was then that Alucard had met the person that Millennium had duped the Rio police force into attacking – Tubalcain Alhambra!

A FREAK modified by the Doctor, Alhambra has the ability to use playing cards as weapons, and had, for a while, fought Alucard to a standstill. However, Alucard had used his Cromwell Approval to defeat the FREAK, and, by drinking his blood, found out Millennium's plans for London. However, the Major had the Doctor activate a special command similar to what happened to Jan Valentine, and Alhambra was reduced to flames (the police officials that were duped by Alhambra were later killed by Pip).
