Character Description: Dex Ooyama
Dex is an overly-confident bully-type student in Lan's class. He's often bragging about his supreme net-battling skills with Net Navi GutsMan, but after MegaMan comes into the picture, he's no match for Lan.
Dex has a huge crush on Mayl, which both Lan and Mayl like to take advantage of to tease him at times. Dex has a little brother that lives in Ameroupe named Chisao, who is much better at net-battling than him.
